Excellent question! < NOPRIZE > I believe that Pinder’s remembering that hugs once existed demonstrates that it is possible to remember things from the previous timeline if you had a strong connection to them and have some kind of trigger to re-establish the memory (such as Pinder’s shock at Ed no longer having his mustache). I would imagine then that Bully Bear remembers because he had a connection to Pinder from growing up together and those memories were triggered when Giggles revealed his Hug-pocalypse plan to his supervillain gang B.O.G.U.S.E.R., thus reminding Bully that Fake Pinder wasn’t the real Pinder. < /NOPRIZE >
